Thanks so much Mark, I really appreciate the great service. Received the package yesterday. Shipping, packaging, and of course your customer service were outstanding. You didn't have to place the back order for me, but what a great and generous gesture, I will receive it thankfully and in kind.
I'll throw in one more user experience while we're at it: The shopping cart expires after 24 hours. Not the biggest deal (I still purchased). But over the course of 5 days as I was researching the correct parts, I had to re-add my items to my cart each night.
If someone is comparing between 2 sites, they are more likely to purchase from the one that saves their cart for a bit longer. Again, not a huge concern, but any resistance could cause a missed sale. Just throwing that out there.
