 When placing all online orders, please remember that UPS and USPS ship based on business days and not actual calendar days.

The day of shipment does not count towards a shipping day. 

EXAMPLE: You order UPS 3 DAY AIR on Monday during business shipping hours - Tuesday is day 1, Wednesday is day 2, and Thursday is day 3 - the day of delivery pending any unforeseen delays.

EXAMPLE 2: You order UPS 3 DAY AIR on Monday outside of business shipping hours - Tuesday is the day of shipment, WEDNESDAY is day 1, Thursday is day 2, and Friday is day 3 - the day of delivery pending any unforeseen shipping delays.

UPS business days are Monday-Friday

Saturday and Sunday WILL NOT be counted as shipping days.

Example: If you place an order on Friday and choose UPS Next day Air, the next business day is the following Monday.

USPS business days are Monday-Saturday.

Sunday WILL NOT be counted as a shipping day.

USPS Shipments:
Effective April 17, 2020 First Class Mail and Priority Mail’s two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively.
No refunds will be processed for any USPS shipments that do not arrive on time.

UPS Shipments:

The UPS Service Guarantee is currently active for NEXT DAY AIR shipments only.

As of October 18, 2021 and until further notice, UPS Next Day Air delivery time of 10:30 AM has been extended until 12 PM.

The UPS Service Guarantee DOES NOT cover weather delays no matter what shipping method is chosen.
