N076027 Pump replacement kit is the newest style twin cylinder oil lubricated pump available for the replacement of many of the previous model twin cylinder oil lubricated single stage pumps that were produced by DeVilbiss Air Power Company.

This pump is configured with the outlet side of the head facing the outside of the air compressor tank. 

N076027 Replacement Oil Lubricated Pump Kit has the following new features:

  • New Cast Iron Crankcase.
  • Replaceable Cast Iron Cylinder.
  • Oil Sight Glass Window to view oil level.
  • Oil drain pump extension Tube for easier oil change and maintenance.
  • Crankcase oil breather.


N076027 Pump replacement kit will replace the following DeVilbiss oil lubricated pumps that were used by Sears Craftsman, Porter Cable, Air America, DeWALT and several other privately labels compressors.

These model include the CAC-4029 Pump, AC-0171 Pump, D22629 Pump, D22623 Pump, D22625 Pump, CAC-4026 Pump and most twin cylinder oil lubricated air compressor pumps that were manufactured by DeVilbiss Air Power Equipment out of Jackson Tennessee.

N076027 has a slightly smaller bore than the previous Aluminum style pumps and will take approximately 36 seconds longer to reach the cut out pressure.

This replacement pump comes with a new Extended Vent Case Breather Tube, Automotive Style Screw In Air Filter, Flywheel with Bolt and Washer so that the N076027 Pump Kit will fit numerous applications.

The footprint and pulley on the new N076027 Pump are exactly the same and on most application only the pump will need to be changed.

The N076027 Pump can be used to replace the following air compressor pumps.
