FDLR18-1 Duluth Forge Dual Fuel Vent-Free Gas Log Chassis

FDLR18-1 is a vent-free gas log chassis from Duluth Forge. This log heater burns with a yellow-colored flame and features an electronic piezo ignition. This dual fuel gas log chassis is configurable for either natural gas and liquid propane.

The FDLR18-1 comes from the manufacturer configured for liquid propane. Converting the FDLR18-1 from liquid propane to natural gas should only be done by a qualified installer.

This is a vent-free heater that requires enough air flow and clearance space to safely operate. The FDLR18-1 has an ODS safety shutoff pilot, which will automatically turn off the log chassis heater if there isn't enough oxygen for it to safely operate. A built-in thermostat heat control manages the FDLR18-1's heat output and maintains a set temperature by cycling the burner on and off. The FDLR18-1 uses a piezo ignition system which requires a AAA battery to operate. This gas log chassis heater is also remote-ready.
