The main blue tank on the front of the unit is the dirty water tank. This tank is removable, and the inlet for the main clean water tank is located behind the dirty water tank.

It is recommended to use a separate bucket from the dirty water tank to fill the 31002BASE, as this will reduce strain on the unit's filters.
