02811 was the Robert Shaw Replacement 2000DER Gas Valve set up for LPG Propane Gas Valve for use with the Mr heater Big Maxx series compact furnaces as well as HeatStar RS Radiant Series Tube heaters.

This older style 02811 Gas Valve has been replaced with the new Honeywell gas valve as pictured.

This 02811 was used on the MHU 45, MHU 75, HSU 45 and HSU 75 series compact ceiling furnaces as well as various Heatstar Radiant Tube heaters typically manufactured before 2011.

The 02811 Robertshaw Natural Gas Valve 2000DER has been discontinued by Robertshaw as a direct replacement gas valve for use on Enerco products including the Mr Heater and HeatStart series of vented gas heating equipment.

This valve was used on older model Mr Heater and HeatStar compact ceiling furnaces, Radiant Tube Heaters and various other heating appliances.

The 2000DER Robertshaw Series Valve and 54301 Conversion Kit have both been discontinued by Robertshaw with no direct replacements.

If you have a Robertshaw 2000DER Series Gas valve in your Mr Heater or HeatStar heating appliance you can replace the previous Robertshaw Gas valve with the specific replacement Honeywell Gas Valve for your gas type with very little modifications.
Some appliances the 60129 Honeywell VR Series gas valve will be a direct replacement with no modification needed by your licensed HVAC contractor.

  • Only a qualified and licensed HVAC contractor should service or repair any gas operated heating appliance.
  • Never service a heater while the unit is still in operation or remains hot.
  • Never service any heating appliance that is plugged in to any electrical source of operation.
  • Failure to follow instructions could result is severe burns and electrical shock can occur
