I'll throw in one more user experience while we're at it: The shopping cart expires after 24 hours.
Not the biggest deal (I still purchased). But over the course of 5 days as I was researching the correct parts, I had to re-add my items to my cart each night.

If someone is comparing between 2 sites, they are more likely to purchase from the one that saves their cart for a bit longer. Again, not a huge concern, but any resistance could cause a missed sale. Just throwing that out there.
