The RV8310E LPG-CRK-SIT is a Honeywell RV8310E Propane Gas Valve Replacement Kit with upgraded components to Sit Controls.
This replacement kit allows the full features of your current fireplace to continue to be used and controlled by a single remote.
Many of the replacement RV8310E Honeywell Gas valve replacement kits are sold as replacement kits but only provide some of the same features as the Honeywell RT8220 Remote and RV8310E Gas Valve combination offered, these other replacement kits also require batteries to operate the controls, bringing an additional yearly maintenance component aspect and possible point of future component failure.
Our RV8310E-NG-CRK-SIT kit will provide the same basic features as the previous RT8220A Transmitter and RV8310 Series gas valve combination.
With the installation of the Honeywell replacement kit, your fireplace will have the following options enabled:
Room Temperature Display
Child Lock
Low Battery Indicator
120 Powered Fan Control Module
On/Off Auxiliary Outlet
120 Volt Continuous Power Outlet
Split Flow Valve Option
Complete Wire harness with Receiver Power = No need for Batteries.
Fan Control Speed 6 levels
Timed On/Off Fan feature when enabled

Manual On/Off Thermostat Control

When installing the RV8310E-LPG-CRK-SIT Series Gas Valve and components replacement kit, we recommend only hiring a licensed and insured, certified HVAC installer to ensure all components’ proper installation and safety testing.
Some modifications may need to be done to make this kit work on certain fireplaces.
