The AR North America Annovi Reverberi RRV4G40HD-F24, D version 1" hollow shaft triplex pump is ready for direct drive coupling to gas or diesel engines using the equipped AR41866 mounting flange.
This pump is manufactured with a brass pump head suitable for a wide range of conditions.
The RRV4G40HD-F24 can produce up to 4000 Max PSI, 4 Max GPM, and is designed to operate at 3400 RPM.
Constructed with frictionless bronze connecting rods and ceramic pistons, the RRV4G40HD-F24 weighs in at 18 lbs and boasts a sleek compact design.
RR series 3-piston volumetric pumps are designed for use in cleaning units and industrial systems and can be coupled directly to various types of motors or attached with a flexible joint. The pump body and cover are made of durable die-cast aluminum alloy, with a side cover that incorporates an oil sight glass, allowing for easy monitoring of the oil level. The rear cover features an oil drain outlet, and the pump body itself also displays the oil level. The pistons are driven by a crank-connecting rod, with the pump shaft pressed from high-strength steel and equipped with oversized friction bearings. The connecting rods are crafted from a special low-friction zinc-aluminum alloy, while the one-piece ceramic pistons are highly efficient and reliable. The pump head is made of pressed brass and features a double gasket sealing system, while the intake and delivery valves have plugs for easy maintenance.

Plunger Pumps are designed for a wide variety of high pressure washing applications.
They feature a brass head and are constructed with die-cast bodies.
Precision cast cooling fins are anodized for maximum heat dissipation.
Carefully engineered supports coupled with oversized, drive side needle bearings and idle side ball bearings assure positive alignment and centering of the drive shaft in relation to the crankcase.
Solid drive shaft pumps use ball bearings on both sides.
Internal components include purpose built, solid ceramic plungers for long life and durability.
Specially designed Ultraform® valve cages provide positive seating and extended life.
One-piece connecting rods, made from specially alloyed aluminum, are oversized for strength and load disbursement.
These pumps are designed for electric motor or gasoline driven belt drive systems, or electric motor, and gasoline engine direct drive coupling systems.

A.R. Pump Care:
- To prevent freezing use Environmentally Friendly or R.V. Antifreeze. (Always use for winter storage).
- Change oil every 3-5 months or every 500 hours of operation (initial break-in oil change after first fifty hours).
DO NOT change oil in the RP, RQ, RM, SRM, RX, SJ & XJ Series Pumps.
- Flush water valves and detergent injectors with plain water on a regular basis after use.
- Use Line Strainer, 50 mesh minimum.
- Never store pump with water in it.
- Consult local service dealer or AR North America for chemical usage.
