R11629 Multi-Function Empire Remote AF-4000TSS01

The R11629 remote is an OEM replacement remote made by Skytech for Empire Comfort Systems fireplaces and gas stoves.

The R11629 is a multi-function AF-4000TSS01 remote with an LCD touchscreen display.

Users can either use the remote in thermostat control mode or manual On/Off control mode.
When in thermostat mode, the R11629 will cycle the fireplace burner in order to maintain a desired temperature.
Thermostat mode on the R11629 is disabled by default. Users will need to follow the instructions outlined in the R11629's manual to enable thermostat control.

The learn button, used to configure the R11629 with a compatible receiver, is located left side of the remote. 

This Empire Comfort Systems fireplace remote has a touch screen interface, allowing the user to remotely control several aspects of their fireplace, including the thermostat, flame size, and the ability to toggle thermostat control.

The R11629 also features a child-lock function that disables any inputs on the remote.
Instructions to deactivate the child lock can be found in the R11629 transmitter's manual.
