The Sears Craftsman CAC-4003-1 Air Compressor Pump was manufactured by DeVilbiss Air Power Company for many years on their line of twin-cylinder oil lubricated air compressors.

This CAC-4003-1 Compressor pump came in both a 2 7/8 Inch Bore and a 2 3/4 Inch Bore Pump and was used on many air compressors manufactured by DeVilbiss.

If you have the 2-3/4 inch bore, the piston rings are no longer available and the 2-7/8 inch ring will need to be filed to achieve a .002 ring end gap.

REED VALVE SCREWS:	13-17 In.Lbs
CONNECTING ROD BOLTS:	7-10 Ft.Lbs
CRANKSHAFT END PLATE BOLTS:	9-12 Ft.Lbs
BASE BOLTS:	9-12 Ft.Lbs
FLYWHEEL:	15-20 Ft.Lbs
