Compressor Pump KU Series for Emglo, Jenny, and DeWalt air compressors is a complete replacement air compressor pump and comes equipped with a flywheel and intake filter.
These air compressor pumps have unloader heads that allow them to be used in constant run applications or On/Off applications.
All Emglo and Jenny replacement pumps are built from tough cast iron and are made in the USA.
KU series air compressor pumps are commonly used on several of the Emglo air compressor models. These are most commonly seen in climate control and fire suppression applications.
These single stage piston compressor pumps were originally manufactured by Emglo Air Compressors. After Emglo was purchased by DeWalt, Jenny Air Compressors continued manufacturing this pump.
The original Emglo part number was KU, the internal Jenny part number is 421-1102 and the internal DeWalt part numbers were Z-A16622 and 5133354-00.
The Jenny KU bare pump is not shipped with oil. We recommend purchasing a quart of their Ultimate Blue Compressor Oil. A flywheel is included with the purchase of the KU bare compressor pump.
Service Note: If You Are Replacing an Existing KU Pump please verify your specification letter.
Always check the serial number on your KU pump before ordering a replacement, as there are two different versions of the KU air compressor pump.
The version will depend on when it was manufactured.
- This KU pump is the old style pump, which will have a serial number that begins with an "A", "B", "C". "D", "E", or "F".
- The New style KU Pump features a slightly larger crankcase. A new style KU pump serial number will begin with a "G".

If you are replacing an existing KU pump we would recommend confirming your serial number prior to ordering. There are two different versions of this pump depending on when it was manufactured. This specific bare pump is for their 'older style' models which are the most common. Old style pumps have a serial number that will start with the letter F. New style KU pumps start with the letter G. The internal Jenny part number for the old style pump is 421-1102 which is this product.
