DXV-45 Mendota Direct Vent Natural Gas Fireplace

The DXV-45 is a Mendota natural gas fireplace with a heat output range of 6,000 to 45,000 BTUs/hr. This natural gas burning fireplace is typically displayed with decorative logs and features a wide range of customization options, including different fronts, doors, and overlays.

Mendota's DXV-45 fireplace featured an electronic ignition, two blower fans, a full feature remote, and a direct vent design that uses outside air only for combustion.

Features of the DXV-45 Mendota Fireplace

• Flames and heat output are fully adjustable using the full feature On/Off LCD remote transmitter.
• Vented fireplace design uses outside air for combustion as to not effect indoor room air quality.
• Uses an electronic ignition that only ignites when combustion is needed.
• Includes two integrated blower fans that ensure even heat distribution. 
• Front & rear burners can be manually turned off using rear shut-off switch.
