CON-TH-GDA Thermostatic Remote Control For 6 Volt Latching Solenoid Gas Valves

The CON-TH-GDA remote control system was developed to provide a safe, reliable, and user-friendly remote control system for gas heating appliances, including fireplaces, gas log sets, stoves and wall heaters.

The system is operated manually from the remote handheld transmitter and operates on radio frequencies for worry free RF connections not requiring line of sight to operate efficiently within a 20-foot range using non-directional signals. 

Note: The remote receiver must learn the transmitter code prior to initial use. See Instruction for Usage.

This remote control SYSTEM offers the user a battery-operated remote Control to power a ON/OFF latching solenoid such as those used with gas valves used in some decorative gas logs, gas fireplaces and other gas heating appliances.

The circuit uses the battery power from the receiver to operate a latching solenoid. 

The circuit has reversing polarity software which reverses the positive (+) and negative (-) output of the receiver’s battery power to drive solenoid (ON/OFF FLAME) or open/close.

The System is controlled by the remote transmitter.

The transmitter operates on a 2 1.5 AAA volt battery system designed for remote Controls and electronic lighters.
Before using the transmitter install the 2 1.50 Volt AAA batteries in the transmitter battery compartment and 4 1.5 Volt AAA batteries in the receiver.

This CON-TH-GDA Thermostatically Controlled Remote System kit will replace both the 121190-01 Remote System, 118624-01 Remote Transmitter and the 118625-01 Remote Receiver and give your gas heater the ability to operate thermostatically.
