7120277 BANJO BOLT WITH O-RING FOR IDLE DOWN VALVE

The 7120277 Banjo Bolt with O-ring is the Single Banjo Bolt for the Idle Down valve and Cable assembly for the FNA Group brands of pressure washers using this type of automatic idle control.

This 7120277 replacement banjo style mounting bolt is used with the 510032 and 51ALD23 Vertical Axial pumps with the Push Idle control system.

Take great care in the tightening of the Banjo Bolt on these kits.

A Torque Wrench and a Digital Tachometer will be required for proper installation.

CAUTION:
Proper installations of the Banjo Bolt are critical to ensure functionality.

• Use a Torque Wrench and a Digital Tachometer to perform the installation accurately.

• Over-tightening the Banjo Bolt will result in bolt failure.
  
  

Additional Instructions:

• With a 5mm Allen hex socket, install the threaded Valve Cap from the pump housing and torque to 12 Ft-lbs / 144 In-lbs.
  
  

• SPECIAL NOTE: Do not tighten the valve cap and the Banjo Bolt together, as doing so may cause the bolt to break.
  
  

Torque Specifications:

• Banjo Bolt: 7–8 Ft-lbs / 88–96 In-lbs / 10–11 N-m

• Valve Cap: 13 Ft-lbs / 159 In-lbs / 18 N-m

• Cable Retention Bolt: 7.3 Ft-lbs / 87.6 In-lbs / 9.9 N-m
  
  

Engineering Note:
Our engineering department has tested these Banjo Bolts to 30% above the manufacturer's suggested rated torque specifications without sustaining breakage during installation.

It is critical to proper installation that a Torque Wrench is used to avoid damaging newly installed components.

Failure to follow specific enclosed instructions may lead to damage or failure of newly installed components.
Exercise caution and precision during the process.
