60392 Ignition Module for Electric Spark Ignition Mr. Heater & Heatstar Overhead Unit Heaters

The 60392 Control Board is the ignition module board that controls and manages the electronic spark ignition and control circuit devices on Mr. Heater MHU series Big Maxx and HeatStar HSU series Big Boxx commercial overhead unit heaters.
The 60392 Module control board has built in on board safety microprocessor that will signal diagnostic codes to help troubleshoot the heater for servicing purposes.

Enerco Green LED Diagnostic Codes for 60392 Ignition Control Boards

• Steady ON = Ignition Control Board Internal Failure

• Steady OFF = Internal Control Fault or No Power

• Slow Flash = Control OK, No Call For Heat

• Fast Flash = Control OK, Call For Heat Present Start Sequence Initialized

• 2 Flashes = In Lockout From Failed Ignitions or Flame Losses

• 3 Flashes = Pressure Switch Open with Inducer On or Closed with Inducer Off

• 4 Flashes = High Limit or Flame Rollout Switch is Open 

• 5 Flashes = Flame Sensed While Gas Valve Off

• 6 Flashes = On-Board Microprocessors Disagree
