0.199.056 Pilot Assembly is a SIT Controls for SYM IPI electronic ignition Propane Gas LPG pilot assembly.
This 0.199.056 0199056 Propane Gas LPG IPI Electronic Ignition pilot assembly is used on many different manufactures direct vent fireplaces including Lennox IHP, Empire Comport Systems, Travis Industries, Napoleon and multiple other manufacture of direct vent appliances.
The SIT Controls 0.199.056 Pilot consist of the following components:
Top-convertible side mount pilot with the primary air hole located below the bracket
Pilot Hood with Top-convertible 2-flame (IPI orientation)
Injector with #35 orifice
Spark Electrode and Cable for target style electrode/long ceramic with .125” female terminal 600mm long.
Sensing Electrode &Cable for sensing electrode/long ceramic with Teflon coated cable rated to 250°C and insulated pre-tinned brass 3/16” female fast-on connector Length = 610mm;
Electrode Fixing Nut for attaching electrode to pilot bracket
Pilot tube 1/8” diameter aluminum tubing with 24” overall length, with attached mild steel ferrule and 7/16” – 24 UNS- 2B valve fixing nut
