UPS Shipping Policy

We are currently open with limited staff and shorter phone hours during this time to allow for all shipping.
All received orders are still shipping daily by UPS, for "In Stock" orders received by 1:00 PM EST same day.

 

When placing all online orders please remember that UPSship based on business days and not actual calendar days.
Most cases Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are NOT considered shipping days.

UPS business days are Monday-Friday and *Saturday (*only when selected as Saturday delivery option).

Sundays WILL NOT be counted as a shipping day.

  

Example: If you place an order on Friday, and choose UPS Next day Air, the next business day is the following Monday.

UPS Service Guarantee information page

UPS Shipments:
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination, at all service levels. Meaning packages are still shipped daily but no Next Day, Second Day or Third Day Air packages will have a UPS Guarantee Delivery at the schedule time.

No refunds will be processed for any UPS shipments that do not arrive on time.
