The 22654A Unloader Valve has a built-in bypass system and can be regulated to 3600 psi at up to 4GPM.
The 22654A is a flow-actuated unloader suitable for any pump within its flow and pressure range. It regulates the system's flow and maintains pressure through an adjustable nut that modulates the tension on a spring. When there is no flow exiting the outlet port, all flow is rerouted to the bypass port with minimal pressure. This unloader does not "trap" pressure, negating the need for an easy start valve and significantly reducing the "kick-back" typically associated with pressure-actuated unloaders during startup.
