D20659 Ballerina Mount Replacement Motor with Overload Protection is a "220 VOLT SPLIT PHASE MOTOR ONLY" air compressor duty rated motor.
This motor cannot be used for 120 Volts applications:
The D20659 Motor has not been replaced by the Z-D20659 Compressor Duty Rated Replacement Motor.
This Z-D20659, D20659 Replacement Motor was used by several privately labeled air compressor including Sears Craftsman, DeVilbiss, Porter Cable, Dewalt, Delta and others.
The motor has a special mounting bracket welded to the side of the motor that allows the weight of the motor to assist in the tension on the belt.
