The 7121117 Valve Cap is a OEM brass low pressure suction valve cap with O-ring that is on the front of the pump and was used on the AAA EW4040 and 7109267 pressure washer pumps.
The low pressure suction brass valve cap is on the front of the brass manifold and used a larger 17mm hex nut.
Service Note:
Loctite 243 is required for proper installation, failure to clean the threads of the valve caps an used Loctite 243 during installation could result in the brass valve caps coming lose during operation.
Torque to 33 ft-lb.
