530062 Simpson 3400 PSI Pump w/ Vertical Manifold
The 530062 is a Simpson Triplex Plunger Pump Kit. This kit includes highly efficient triplex plunger pump that minimizes engine load while delivering top performance.
The 530062 contains dual oversized ball bearings for better wear, friction resistance, and longer-lasting performance in challenging cleaning environments.
This kit includes a siphon tube with filter, mounting bolts, and a shaft key.
Note: If the base of your pump is labeled 4300062, the 530062 will be the proper replacement pump.
Features of the 530062 Pump
- Fully adjustable unloader system with ergonomic control.
- Sight glass and advanced oil seal technology does away with the need for a dipstick.
- Thermal relief protection to prevent pump overheating.
- Dual oversized radial ball bearings are installed for better wear and friction resistance.
- Precision ceramic pistons extend the pump's seal life by reducing wear from friction.
- Crankcase is manufactured from fully anodized die-cast aluminum for corrosion protection
- The crankcase is also tightly sealed to prevent contamination and lube failure.
- Gas engine flange and hollow shaft that fits most horizontal shaft engines.

The "Burst Pressure" of a pressure washer pump is the highest pressure the pump produces when in a static position and when the trigger is first squeezed, giving the initial burst of pressure and does not reflect the actual operating pressure.
The accurate operating PSI of any pump would be determined by the engine’s horsepower and the size of the nozzle being used at the end of the wand, restricting water flow and causing back pressure.
It is possible for a single pump to be rated at various GPM and maximum PSI levels by adjusting factors such as engine RPMs, nozzle size, or engine horsepower.
