5170044-41 Idle Down Valve and Cable Replacement Kit

The 5170044-41 kit is an idle down valve and cable replacement kit. This DeWalt replacement kit has a complete engine throttle cable with attached idle down valve for the various DeWalt pressure washers using this type of automatic idle control.

This 75170044-41 was used with the 5170044-49 DeWalt Vertical Axial pumps with the Push Idle control system.

This automatic Idle Control system was used on the following models of pressure washers:

Service Note on Tightening Banjo Bolt

Take great care in the tightening of the Banjo Bolt on these kits.

A Torque Wrench and a Digital Tachometer will be required for proper installation.

Overtightening of the mounting bolt will result in the bolt breaking.

The Manufactures recommended maximin torque setting is 7-8 Ft lbs. / 88-96  In Lbs. / 10-11NM
