5140117-46 VALVE REPAIR KIT SET OF 6

5140117-46 Valve Repair kit comes complete with 6 replacement valves for the Dewalt pressure washers manufactured by FNA Group.

The 5140117-46 Pressure valve kit is also the LT ZJ40004 repair kit and was used on the AAA GA12 series power washer pumps.

Each of the valves in the 5140117-46 kit has the following dimensions:
Metal base with "O" ring: .468" (11.887 mm)
Spring cage at top : .450" (11.430mm)
Length from metal base to the top of the spring cage: .550" (13.970mm)
Diameter of small projection on spring cage: .250" (6.350mm)
Length of small projection: .120" (3.048mm)
Total length of valve: .665" (16.891mm)

Service Note

When removing your old 5140117-46 inlet and outlet pressure valves it is very important to verify that all of the components of each the old valves have been completely removed.

Make sure the plastic cage, pressure spring, round pressure disc and round metal seat with o-ring have all been removed.

If all of these items have not been removed then damage will occur when the new valves are attempted to be installed.

After removal of old components making up each complete inlet or outlet pressure valve clean out any debris from the valve cavity.

Apply a small amount of grease or other suitable lubricant to each valve seat and o-ring.

Then gently install the new valve assembly into the valve cavity and seat the valve completely to the bottom of the cavity.

If needed a 3/8 drive 1/4 inch deep well socket will fit over the raised nipple on the top of the valve and allow the valve to be completely seated into position.

When all six valves from your new 5140117-26 kit have been seated completely into position you may then proceed to the reassembly of the complete head to the pump body.
