Return Merchandise Authorization
All “Qualified Returns” made by the end user whether they be by a consumer or contracted individual will require a return merchandise authorization number "RMA" be issued before any parts, equipment, whole goods or other items will be accepted for a return for credit by Allparts Equipment and Accessories Inc.
Please call our toll free number and speak with a customer service representative to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions.
You may also contact our customer service department by email to obtain a return merchandise authorization number “RMA” number Allparts Equipment and Accessories will credit your same payment account used to complete your transaction within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
If you have selected do not retain my payment information you will be required to provide the same payment information that was used when the purchase was made. If this information is not available you will be issued a refund check within 30 days of your return.
