Return Merchandise Authorization

All returns require a return merchandise authorization number "RMA" issued by Allparts Equipment before any parts, equipment, whole goods or other items will be accepted for a return for credit

Please call and speak with a customer service representative to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions.

You may also contact our customer service department by email to obtain a return merchandise authorization “RMA” number.

Allparts Equipment and Accessories will credit the same payment account used to complete your transaction within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
