Return Policy

Return Policy Effective 09-01-2015

Allparts Equipment and Accessories Inc. offers no refunds on any repair or replacement parts that have been used or installed by the consumer, end user or any contracted individual in attempting to complete a repair on any type of equipment or appliance.

All Qualified Return’s returns made by the end user whether they be a consumer or contracted individual will require a return merchandise authorization number "RMA" be issued before any parts, equipment, whole goods or other items will be accepted for a return for credit by Allparts Equipment and Accessories Inc.

Any "In Stock" or "Stocking" parts that have been purchased in error by any consumers or contracted individual and that have not been used or installed in any way are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee with no refunds being issued for any type of shipping charges that may have incurred or will be incurred from the return of any parts or equipment that was purchased in error.

Any "Special Order but Stocking" parts will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge fee.

Any "Special Order but Non Stocking" items including Glass Doors, Glass Panels, Glass Bi-Folds Doors, Refractory Panels, Gas Log Sets, Replacement Logs or similar, customized special order items are considered Non-Refundable special order items.

  • These items are custom made to order for each individual application and are not able to be returned to Allparts Equipment for credits or refunds
  • No RMA will be issued for these items and no credit or refunds can be issued.

There are no returns or refunds on any Electrical or Gas parts including any Millivolt, AC or DC controlled devices include remotes kits, remote receivers, remote transmitters, millivolt controlled Liquid Propane Gas or Natural Gas valves, Electronic Ignition control devices, circuits boards, relays, limit switches, pilots assemblies or other type of gas or electrical service parts and accessories.

Any electrical devices considered being defective and warranty replacement parts requested must be sent in for inspection before any warranty replacement part will be shipped by Allparts Inc.

All returns for credit must be returned prepaid and insured by the customer with a signature required to be considered for any type of credit on account or refund. All items must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

All items must also include the following items and in the same condition as it was received. All packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, accessories such as cords, batteries, remote covers, certificates, manuals, and warranty cards.

No returns will be accepted on any repair parts after 30 days from the date of purchase. Any parts considered to be defective after 30 days must be returned prepaid and insured by the customer with a signature required.

All service parts and equipment purchased from Allparts Equipment and Accessories are purchased by the buyer with no additional promises being made for technical service or installation support. All service should be performed by a licensed mechanic or certified contractor.

If the item purchased is suspected to be defective, the customer may send the part back for inspection by our technical service department. Upon inspection, if the returned part is considered to have a material or workmanship defect, Allparts Inc. will either repair or replace the defective part for the customer at no charge for the replacement part.

Allparts Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to any type of defective products, errors in shipping your order or other errors in the shipment and delivery of any service parts or equipment.

The limit of our liability is the actual replacement cost of the products or service purchased from Allparts Equipment and Accessories Inc. Any cost associated with a request made by the customer, end user or contractor to divert a shipment in progress will be the sole reasonability of the consumer making the request.

Cancelled Orders

Unfortunately, any order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled and if an order is refused, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where shipping & handling costs will be deducted from your refund. We are not able guarantee the cancellation of any orders by email. All cancelled orders should be done by phone to guarantee the order is cancelled and does not ship.

INSPECT YOUR ORDER

Please inspect and test all items within 15 days of delivery. If you feel there is a problem with your order upon inspection, please contact us immediately before attempting to use the item.

Damaged Products

Please take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier.

Suspect Damage

Sometimes, the outer carton may appear damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the freight claim is less of a hassle.

Obvious Damage

Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please

  1. REFUSE DELIVERY and
  2. Call Us Immediately so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS United States Postal Service, UPS United Parcel Service. Order Tracking: We will provide a shipment tracking number to the email address provided to Allparts Inc at the time your order was placed upon completion of our shipping process. Please check your spam folder for these emails as many systems will catch these emails as possible spam.

Shipping Rates

Our current rates charged for the shipping of your order is based on the actual weight of your package or the dimensional weight of your product ordered whichever is greater, your physical location and the type of service you select.

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be depend upon the qualified shipping option. You will have the ability to change your shipping options at this time. Currently our primary carriers are United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service, which we have found to be the most reliable residential carriers. When your order ships we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your shipment online or on the phone with UPS or USPS Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
